Cristine Hull, Ph.D. Integrative Mental Health Expert

Cristine Hull began her career as a substance abuse therapist in 1996 and went on to become a School Psychologist after completing her Master’s level training in psychology in 2001. She entered private practice in 2007 and is currently licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC). In 2020 she completed her doctorate training at Quantum University.

She has additional training in EMDR, a recognized technique for relieving trauma and treating Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. She is certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and as a Life Coach, emphasizing a solution focus and strength-based approach, rather than focusing on problems and pathology.

Cristine has found that the most effective solutions to healing mental health conditions are based on a holistic model. This approach includes the body (brain chemistry), mind (thought patterns), emotions and the spirit (energy). She began exploring and receiving formal training in Energy Psychology in 2002. She now certifies others in the Zero Point Meridian Technique using her evidence-based version of Emotional Freedom Technique. The integrative approach blends western models with eastern models to provide comprehensive therapy and effective healing.

Cristine lives in Cache Valley, Utah with her soulmate Todd Hull. She is devoted to her career as an author and the creation of health and wellness tools. She enjoys exploring eastern modalities personally through yoga, meditation, and traveling to the places of their origin. Cristine and Todd also contribute to the addiction recovery community by developing programs and promoting holistic resources to aid those in recovery.
